Insurance

Your insurance company will be billed by the Center, however, it is your responsibility to pay any outstanding balance. You should be prepared to pay any co-insurance or deductible the day of your surgery.

You may be billed by the Anesthesiologist and/or Pathologist in addition to the Center’s services.
